Tatvamasi
The Stagecoach of Seven (2016 Audio Cave)
The material was recorded in the fall of 2014, during a spontaneous meeting of Tatvamasi with extraordinary world scene free improvisation musicians Vasco Trilla - a Spanish drummer and percussionist, ambience master, and music pearls diver and Yedo Gibson - a genius, Brazilian saxophonist who has his own technique of playing three instruments at the time and the creator of Royal Improvisers Orchestra in Amsterdam. The album consists of three lengthy, complex compositions. Here’s how the band describes them: Twisted in an intricate rhythm, rock madness, amid clouds of free improvisation. A made-up music, fixed here and now, that is there and then, that is tomorrow. Loftiness, might and saxophone magic (Gibson, Piątek), misty trumpet (Michalec), profound bass (Downar), a forest of guitars (Lesiak) and two spaceships of cosmic drums (Trilla, Redas). 41 minutes of bizzare music on the very edge of all the roads of the world.
